spencerville Student wins scholarship

Emma Clement, a senior at Spencerville High School, was  the winner of the 2024 Ron Richards Scholarship.  She will receive $1,000 each year for four years as she pursues a degree in music at Bowling Green State University. Presenting the award is Crystal Miller, Chairperson for the Music Awards Program.
